Who are Complete Home Cinema Installations Ltd?

C.H.C.I is a small business in Staffordshire dealing with new technology services. We carry out fully insured work and our engineers strive for a satisfied customer every time.

Where are C.H.C.I Based?

Our primary geographic area is Staffordshire, but we will carry out services all over the country. Projects that include alot of travelling will incur higher costs and will be subject to fuel and labour costs for the extra travel time.

What Services Do C.H.C.I Actually Carry Out?

Our services revolve around the Audio-Visual (AV) and Computing (PC) areas. Some examples of our past, present, and future services are as follows:

AV Service Examples:

• Installing Plasma / LCD TVs. Installing all your current equipment to your new TV.
• Installing a single item such as a DVD Recorder, VCR or Media Center PC.
• Wall mounting Plasma / LCD TVs with screen size of 12" up to 63".
• Installation of wireless signal sending equipment.
• Building of cabinet or glass TV furniture.
• Full installation of Surround Sound systems.

We will (where possible) hide wires behind plasterboards, alternatively we will use white conduit which you can then paint or paper over. Our installer will also tidy up the work area.

PC Service Examples:

• Building of Media Centre PCs to your custom specification.
• Installation of wireless networks and advice on what to buy.
• Installation of Media Centre PCs.
• General PC repairs, hardware and software faults.
• Installing of new peripheral such as printer.

What Services Do C.H.C.I NOT Carry Out?

• Lifting and refitting of carpet or laminate flooring.
• Installation of power points. We can however extend power cables to reach existing sockets.
• Removal and refitting of skirting boards.

Uncertain times

Although C.H.C.I continues to trade, I have had to drastically cut the business operations. The business is no longer a Limited company (as of March 09) and as such CHCI is now operating as a sole trader business.

Installations are still being carried out, however sales in consumer luxury items (large screen TVs) is very slow. Therefore, regretably, CHCI is no longer accepting any telephone communications. Contact can only be made through this site. I have taken this step as I now have a full-time job Monday-Friday and cannot answer any business calls.
