Mounting your plasma on your wall sounds simple. Well, you'd be wrong! Most plasma brackets come with very basic fixings, in fact ALL mounting instruction guide will say something like, "this bracket must be installed by a professional". This warning is not just for fun! Its because people have had self-installed plasma/LCD TVs come crashing down in the middle of the night due to poor fixings! Plasma TVs can weigh upto 60kgs which would do serious damage to children or pets.
Our methods for mounting TVs are very secure. We have stress tested our 11cm bolts to 40kgs each. On a typical installation of a 55kg TV we would use 8, that is a 320kg minimum capacity!

DIY kits include raw plugs no longer than 6cm with screws to match. Why trust your TV on these fixings when it can be done professionally?
DFY would involve 11cm steel bolts which are stress tested to 40kgs each, liquid cement, and nylock nuts to secure the bracket.
